About the event
With your registration you will receive a 10 x 10 booth space at our amazing Cinco De Mayo Event from 12 to 4pm on Sunday May 1st. Upon your payment, you are aggreeing to follow on local and JDDA rules and regulations for downtown events. Payment is non-refundable.
Booths are responsible for their own tables, chairs and tents, if they choose. All tents must be weighted down with 40lb weights on each leg of the tent.
There is to be no loud distracting music, noise, and or sound amplification devices used by any Vendor at the above mentioned Event. In addition, there are no active flames or generators permitted in the booth areas.
Vendor agrees to hold the Johnstown DDA free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the above mentioned Event.
